I have been doing beachbody programs for 3 years consistently. Last year though, was a tough year of work with very long hours. After a long day of teaching, I had a hard time finding the time to come home and do a 60 minute workout. I fell off track with my weight loss and felt so crappy. Then Shaun T released the T25 workout program. I have been doing this program for the past 7 weeks and LOVE it. It is hard to make an excuse that I don’t have time to workout when it is only 25 minutes. I have done my workout at 10pm or 7am. It may be only 25 minutes….but it is not easy. It is 25 minutes of non stop moves that will have your workout clothes SOAKED. I could not imagine the workouts being any longer than 25 minutes. Just when I think that i can’t do it anymore, I AM DONE! I have 3 more weeks till I will be ready to share my results! I know they will be great.
