Today instead of teaching students where I usually am never sitting down, always moving around, and usually exhausted by the end of the day. Today I got to sit on my butt all day listening to a person talk. SOOOO boring and well not a good way to burn calories. To compensate for my day of sitting my meals have consisted of Shakelogy only and a 90 calorie brownie snack. Then as soon as I get home today I plan on nailing by T 25 workout and then going to take my dog for a long walk. I need to work out extra this week since I took the week off last week! Hoping for some great results this saturday.
