One of my constant battles is focusing on how much farther I have to go to meet my goal. I get frustrated when I don’t see results as fast as I want. I focus on the scale and now how I feel. This is what I have learned
This does not help me to get more focused but instead makes me more discouraged…and feel like giving up!
This is my goal and a goal you should have also:
1. But set a small goal every day…whether it be to walk an extra 1000 steps, substitute your morning Starbuck’s for something healthier, or even just to compliment instead of criticize yourself when you look in the mirror!
2. Track your food eaten each day
3. Find a way to add a little extra fitness into your daily routine- park farther, take the stairs, workout at your desk doing some leg dips, anything
