My Workout Journey with the 21Day Fix

So, here is my workout journey so far. In the first pic I weighed 141 pounds, in the second 135, and in the 3rd I am at 130! I have lost a total of 11 pounds and 11.25 inches. I am ready to finally meet my goal of 125 and to in the first time in my life have a 6-pack, I hope to make it in this next round, but if not, I will not quit till I make my goal. These results are because I made the choice to eat clean with the 21 day fix, have been drinking  my Shakeology each day, and have made sure to schedule my workout each day with not allowing anything to stand in my way. In the past few months, I have taken time off to enjoy some of my favorites such as a pizza, some ice cream, a night drinking with friends, endured the holiday weekend, and still I have lost weight and maintained it. This is not a diet, it is now my lifestyle! I know I can stick with this new program because it is healthy for me and I feel great. I have FINALLY learned how to enjoy some tasty meals while eating the proper portions! All because of the 21 Day Fix with Autumn Calabrese!!
