Alright, so I went on vacation to Hawaii for 2 weeks and all I did was eat what I wanted and enjoy lots of yummy cocktails. My body was not too happy with me when I came home!! Well it was my birthday week when I came back, so I continued to eat out drink, and enjoyed some desserts (cake, cookies, ice cream, my weaknesses).
SOOOOOO….. THIS PAST TUESDAY I STARTED THE 3 DAY REFRESH!!
This was the best time to start, since this was my first week back at school, and I knew I could stick the plan
MY THOUGHTS??? LOVED IT!!
I LOST 5 POUNDS AND 5 INCHES IN ONLY 3 DAYS!!
All I did was follow this plan above, and well it was super easy to follow. I feel so much more energy, and well REFRESHED! I know this is not just water weight, because I still had normal bowel movements and lost inches!
