Who is the 21 Day Fix Extreme for?

While the 21 Day Fix Extreme is based on similar concepts as the 21 Day Fix, Autumn cranks up the intensity of the workouts and dials down on the nutrition to deliver some serious results. Each workout will still be 30 minutes (7 days per week) but she is going to have you sweating from the start! What makes the workouts EXTREME?
These workouts are EXTREME because Autumn takes each move to the next level. Imagine squats with weights followed by JUMP squats… Lunges with weights followed by JUMPING lunges… Your muscles are going to burn! These workouts feature steady-state aerobics, resistance training, andexplosive power moves to help you get shredded fast.
What equipment will I need for the 21 Day Fix EXTREME program?
You will need weights or resistance bands as well as a yoga mat or towel. I suggest weights as they are easier to perform the moves, but there will be a person using resistance bands in the videos for you to follow too. I plan to use a 4-6 pound weight and a 8 pound weight.
Is there a modifier in the 21 Day Fix EXTREME videos?
Yes, there is a modifier in the EXTREME videos, however if you are unsure whether or not EXTREME is for you, I highly encourage you to check out the original 21 Day Fix until you are ready to increase your intensity.
What is the 21 Day Fix EXTREME diet like?
The diet will be very similar to the original 21 Day Fix diet, however Autumn has taken out ALL of the cheats and treats. Sorry, there is no more chocolate or wine It’s just 21 days to get you the body you’ve always dreamed of —> I think you can do it! Autumn has also condensed the eating lists and removed items such as waffles and pancakes.
What is the NEW 21 Day Countdown to Competition diet like?
This is a STRICT diet to get you even BETTER results. It is not easy. You are not allowed fruit for 2 days a week and you will be eating LOTS of protein and veggies. Autumn is COMMITTED to getting you shredded and serious for bikini season. Autumn says that you can complete the program multiple times and switch back and forth between the EXTREME eating plan and the Countdown to Competition eating plan to achieve maximum results.
