Day 1 of Memorial Day Fix Challenge

So it may be the weekend and I have alot going on with Cinco de Mayo celebrations and a Bday party today. I know my eating is not gonna be excellent, but I am not gonna let myself just indulge all day either! I started my day out with a tall glass of water and a yummy Shakeology! I even made some for my dad and husband! Then I did not mess

My goal is to melt these love handles aways and FINALLY have a six pack. I am pretty close, so I think I can do it!
