21 Day Fix Day 2- Survived Cinco de Mayo!!






Today was definitely a struggle, but I did not let temptation steer me of my path. It was not easy, but it was worth it.

I started my day feeling great. I made my favorite shake, green tea, and brought my boiled eggs to work. This is nothing special for breakfast, but it makes me happy.

Then I found out there was donuts, pastries, and bagels in our teachers lounge for Teacher’s Appreciation. I just did not even go into the room and enjoyed my breakfast in my classroom.

Then today was Nacho day for the students. They smelled so good and almost my whole class got Nachos. I DID NOT even have one chip!

I stuck to my diet perfectly all day. Do I regret not having any of this food? NO! Did I want to join some friends and eat some tacos and margaritas? Yes! But why steer off track for some stupid holiday. I can eat tacos and margaritas anytime I want. I also enjoyed a lot of good food this weekend and way too much alcohol.

So I survived the day of eating healthy, got both my workouts in, and I am about to go to bed feeling great! It is going to be a struggle for the next 19 days, but I am gotta work hard to work towards my goals!
