I woke up today and felt amazing! Not sure why exactly, but I just felt ready to make it an amazing day! I should have been exhausted considering I did not go to sleep till 1:30AM, but I think the power of positive thinking kept me on an energy high.
Then I made sure to start my day out right and ate pretty great all day

Breakfast– Chocolate Vegan Shakeology with Green tea with raw natural sweetener
Snack- Chobani Greek Yogurt with Mango ( so amazing)
Lunch– Grilled chicken with lettuce and balsamic vinegrette
Snack: raw baby carrots
Snack: protein bar
Dinner: Whole chicken with veggies
ALSO DRANK TONS OF WATER
I had a total of 6 protein, 4 veggies, 1/2 a purple
Best part: Followed my 21 day fix diet perfectly and am super full!
I also did all my workouts that I wanted to do today
Brazilian Butt Lift Sculpt, 21 Day Fix Extreme Lower Fix, and 10 Minute Hard Core Abs
Now I can relax and work on my classwork! I used to be someone who always found excuses and hated working out. Now I get my HIGH from working out. It is 9:30 and I still feel so energized!!
