The END of exerCIZE is here! You ready for it?

I am so excited that the amazing fitness trainers from Beachbody have come out with another amazing program! This time Shaun T is getting ready to release #CIZE!


CIZE is a dance program that’s going to help you melt off those pounds.It is called CIZE, because it is the END of exercise!  This is a fun workout for ANYONE! You can tailor it to be as easy or as hard as YOU need!  You don’t need ANY equipment! Your gonna sweat your butt of and blast those calories and pounds away!

If you love Zumba, you are gonna LOVE this!

What if I can’t dance?

Let me tell you this! I SUCK at learning dance moves! I love to dance, but I am a SLOW learner! I did the SNEAK PEEK and I learned the dance moves super quick!  Shaun T breaks down every move step by step. Even if you are uncoordinated, you will be able to learn his routines.

How long are the workouts? 

They last about 30-45 minutes. The program lasts 4 weeks, but you can do it over and over again! You know you will want to! I am already addicted!
