Junk Food Fail

I did an amazing job at eating healthy last week and hit my goal weight. I am the CLOSEST I have ever been to seeing a 6 pack! I am so close to my goal… and then….I ate about half a BIG bag of dark chocolate raisenettes. I am stressing for some reason about moving and a few other things in life, and I let that get to me today. Don’t get me wrong… I LOVED it! It tasted amazing, but now I feel like CRAP! I know that I can do better and I will not allow this to set me off track for the rest of the week! Tomorrow is going to be a new day, and I will do better! Crazy enough, Beachbody had an article come out today about how to “Kick the Junk Food Habit”! Check it out!
