I am part of a challenge right now that has me really working towards my goals. I have some huge goals this year, and in order to achieve these goals I am really working on evaluating my life. One thing I have struggled with in my business is ensuring I listen or read books that can help me to achieve my goals. One of my teams vital behaviors is to engage in professional development. My life gets pretty hectic, and I have made many excuses in the past for while I did not have time to read a book for fun. Well I finally found a way to get it in every day no matter what.
So… I found my love for PODCASTS! I found a few really great podcasts that I am really enjoying. If you would like to join me:

These podcasts have given me such great content that has been helping me to be more positive and really has helped me to figure out how I can improve my life one day at a time!
Well todays lesson was pretty great!
Today was all about how we do not decide our futures, but our habits can decide or determine our futures! This really hit home. Ever since doing the 21 day fix, I have learned how much can change in just 21 days.
A little over a year ago, I was frustrated with my life. I went through depression on and off, was frustrated that I could not get under 140 lbs. I thought there was something wrong with me. Then Autumn Calabrese finally taught me how easily I could change my eating habits. In 21 days, I lost 12 pounds. But this was just the beginning. It changed my habits and started teaching me how easy I could change other things in my life. I started working on my business in better ways, improved my study habits, learned how to make my life as a teacher easier, and basically all aspects of my life improved!
Well.. I would like to tell you that you can easily do the same. I am not a life coach, but I am a fitness and health coach. I would love to help you to create a new habit. Either I can help you with your health or to create a better fitness habit! Maybe this small change will change other things in your life also.
Maybe you will create a great new habit, and people will be inspired by you also! That is why I became a Beachbody coach. I just want to pay it forward! I love the path my life is on, and I just want to help people to feel like I do these days. So why not ? Why not start a new habit? I would love to help you stay accountable!
