Why You Should Have Apple Cider Vinegar in your diet!?
1. It could help you lose weight.
2. It can reduce and regulate blood sugar
3. It could potentially reduce risk of heart disease.
I know some people who drink it every morning. I am still working up to doing this part, but I did learn some ways to add it to your diet!
How to include it into your diet easily!
1. Make your own dressing – here is one I found
2. Add a teaspoon to a smoothie- might try in my Shakeology one day and see how that works
3. Mix with sparking water
4. Add it to a cucumber salad
5. Dip some sweet potato fries in it- heard the French do this
6. Try a delicious mixture of 1 tablespoon of apple cider and 1/4 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar poured over grilled or roasted vegetables.
7. Mix it with some honey and glaze some salmon with it- Yum!!
8. Put it in a spray bottle and spray on your popcorn
9. Rinse your vegetables and fruits with it
10. Add a teaspoon to your baked beans
