So, today was the day. Today I took my after pics and measurements for the end of round 1 of Hammer and Chisel. I started on January 7th. At first, I told myself I was not going to drink at all and I was gonna make sure to eat perfectly. Well…. life did get in the way and I decided to enjoy myself also. I realized this is not just something I am going to do for a few months, I am in this for the long haul. I gotta also enjoy my life. So I drank here and there, and induldged at times. So….
I did NOT get the results I hoped for. To be honest…. at first I was kinda disappointed in my results. I weighed 130 pounds when I started and 131 pounds at the end. I lost about 1 inch in my waist and gained a half inch in my biceps. I swear I feel SOOO much stronger and I can sorta see it when I look in the mirror, but when I take pics I just don’t see it. So I posted about my results in my support groups. I told them how I felt, and instead of making me feel crappier, they made me feel AMAZING. They pointed out how much definition they saw in my back, legs, and arms. They said I looked great! I ended up looking at myself again, and I felt so much better. I guess we our the worst critics. So…..
Now guess what I am going to do, I am going to start again tomorrow. This time I am doing a Hammer PiYo Hybrid and I am gonna try to eat healthier. I am NOT gonna give up no matter what! I am gonna have that body I LOVE in a swimsuit and in anything I put on! Why? Because I want to!
