Time to get BACK on TRACK!

Alright…. I have not made a blog post in SO long… and today I decided it is time to get back on track. I have been allowing life’s obstacles and my own crappy mindset from helping me to work towards my goals.  In the past few months, I have been in self -sabotage mode. I have been working out, but not putting in 100% effort into the workout most of the time, been eating like crap probably 50% of the time, and not putting in enough effort into my business. I have just done enough that I have maintained my weight and maintained my business. This has caused pretty much no growth and led to missing many of my goals.  Well…. the sad thing is… I know tricks to maintain a positive mindset and ways to achieve my goals, but I just haven’t given it my 10x effort. So I am here to say that starting today……I am starting over. My goal is to start blogging my journey with my business and fitness for the next few months. Please help me stay accountable to this… I want to write something of value to you at least 2 times a week. I plan to share my struggle, how I overcome the struggle, and hopefully help you learn from my journey.

Well today, I have one thing I learned that I MUST do each morning….. wake up early, get my workout in right away, and then listen to at least 15 minutes of personal development or read a book. Today I listened to the “Miracle Morning.” Great audio book I downloaded on Audible. I highly suggest it. After starting my morning with a great start, I enjoyed a walk around beautiful Chicago, had lunch with a friend, and now am about to spend the next few hours working on my business goals. There may be only 2 months left to work on my 2016 goals, but I am gonna work my BUTT off to achieve them!
