Today has actually been a pretty amazing day. Here is a breakdown of my day:
I listened to tons of the audio book “Miracle Morning” yesterday while doing lots of driving. So before going to bed last night, I told myself that I would wake up at 6AM and would feel rested. So the alarm was set, and I only snoozed the alarm once. Not perfect, but WAY better than most days. I finally got out of bed at 6:15 and ran upstairs to drink a full glass of water and drink my Energize. I then spent about 10 minutes listening to more of the miracle morning. Then by 6:45, I pressed play. Today’s workout was not an easy one, but a good one. I did Plyo 21 Day Extreme. Sure got my heart rate and metabolism going. After the workout, I decided that tomorrow I need to wake up about 30 minutes earlier, because I was rushing way too much to get to work on time. I barely got to work on time. On my way to work, I listened to more of the Miracle Morning. My goal is to finish the book by the end of the week, and also finish listening to The 10 X Rule.
I had a pretty decent day of teaching. I decided to wait to eat my first meal until 11:30. Since I did so horrible on my diet for the past few weeks, I decided I am not only doing the Countdown to Competition Meal plan from the 21 day fix extreme, but I am also trying intermittent fasting again. I learned about the 8 hour diet from one of my favorite trainers, Chalene Johnson, who I also listen to many of her Podcasts. So around 11:30 today, I made my favorite meal of the day, a Caffe Latte Shakeology…. while taking a teacher me break and yes…. to me it tastes like heaven. I look forward to it every day, and I swear it totally improves my mood instantly!
Well I survived the whole day of teaching without losing my mind, ate my healthy snacks and lunch, and drank plenty of water.
Then I ended my day with a sneak peek of the new Core De Force MMA inspired workout with a co-worker. It sure was not easy, but a blast. I am going to wait a few months to do this program, but I do believe it can help anyone who loves cardio and wants to chisel their core to have amazing results!
Actually… if you look at my shirt…. you might be able to figure out what my next challenge is going to be. I am SUPER excited to spend my winter months sculpting myself and building muscle with Sagi Kalev and Chalene Johnson…. if you want to train like a Beauty but look like a Beast… let me know… we have a challenge group starting very soon. We are looking for some BRAVE and COMMITED couples to join us.
Anyways… so after a long day of work and 2 workouts,
I still drove myself to Aldi to get some food to meal prep. I did not have a Quarter, so I decided to only get what would fit in a box. I got a decent amount of food for about $60 (salmon, ahi tuna, eggs, yogurt, apples, bananas, quinoa, broccoli, chicken, and much more).
It was about 7 when I finally got home… seriously don’t know where I day went. I then spent about an hour meal prepping and making dinner for tonight. I made some chicken w/broccoli and chicken with salad mix.Those will last me for lunches for the week. I also made some veggie egg cups. My recent addiction. Then for dinner I made some Jambalaya with Sausage. Sooo amazing. I had some extra broccoli, so I threw it in my Jambalaya.
Well… now it is 9:30 and I just finished writing this blog post and now I plan on spending the next h0ur on following up with my coaches and customers, and working on finding out who will be joining my next fitness support group.
