It was TIME to change things up today!!

Well today I decided to spend my day off completing my workout, grocery shopping, and meal prepping for the rest of the week. I spent about 3 hours meal prepping this time. Probably the longest I have spent in a long time, but it was so worth it.

Today’s hard work involved making

Yup… I spent a long time cooking. Then I also made dinner for tonight

Pork Chop with green beans and scalloped potatoes

Now… you would think I would be done for the night… but now it is time to work on my business activities!
