The program OFICIALLY launches on Saturday, January 13th with day one of 80 (presales start Dec 14th). A NEW workout will be posted each day in REAL TIME for following 80 days. Day by day you will feel like you’re part of the action following along with Autumn On Demand and the cast as they progress through the program. If you purchase your program before January 13th as a coach, you can be part of Autumn’s 2nd Test Group!

What is the 80 Day Obsession Nutrition Plan Like?
80 Day Obsession follows a TIMED NUTRITION format to optimize muscle performance and recovery with the portion fix container system.
You’ll get small, frequent meals. You never go longer than 3 hours without eating. You have a 6-hour workout block. The pre workout meal is one hour before you work out. You’ll take your Energize 15-20 minutes before your workout. Then, you’ll have your post-workout Recover within an hour of your workout. Your post-workout meal will be consumed within 2 hours of your workout, then again every 2 1/2 to 3 hours after that.
It will be helpful for you to prep meals to bring along with you on the go (make sure you have a small cooler!). You can only get the best results with this program if you actually follow the plan.
How does the 80 Day Obsession Nutrition Plan Differ from 21 Day Fix?
Like the 21 Day Fix, you will calculate your calculate your calorie bracket (A, B, C or D) based on your current weight, your weight loss goals. It uses the very same color-coded portion fix containers that the 21 Day Fix does. However, the 80 Day Obsession Meal Plan takes things a step further by telling you which macronutrients to eat when.
Many of you will actually be consuming more food than you typically do. You will need to fuel your body with the nutrients it needs. Cutting calories too drastically can put you into deprivation mode, where you lack energy, and you experience cravings that are hard to control. Because the 80 Day Obsession Workout Plan is so challenging, you will need to make sure you have enough fuel to get you through it.
With 80 Day Obsession, you’ll also get a “Refeed” day where you get to indulge in extra carbs to build up glycogen stores. This happens around week six, and every few weeks after that.
When Will the 80 Day Obsession Program and Meal Plan be Released?
Prior to the release of 80 Day Obsession, A Little Obsessed will be released. A Little Obsessed consists of shorter, 30-minute workouts featuring moves from 80 Day Obsession. It was created to be a fully functional standalone program on its own – but will also be a great step-up to get you ready for 80 Day Obsession. It will be launched on December 20th. A portion of the 80 Day Timed Nutrition Program will be released along with it.
There is an important part of the 80 Day Obsession nutrition plan called “The Workout Block”. It’s your pre-workout nutrition and post-workout snacks and meals. They are super-important, perhaps the most important part of the plan. Your pre-workout nutrition will help fuel your workout, just as your post-workout nutrition will help your muscles recover. THIS PART will be released along with “A Little Obsessed” in late December.
There is a LOT of information that will be released with the 80 Day Obsession Nutrition plan. In fact, each bracket will get its own section of information within the customer downloads with hyperlinks to more information. There is even a guide specifically for vegan participants.
What Supplements will I need on 80 Day Obsession?
To boost your workout performance, Autumn recommends using Beachbody Performance Energize 15-30 minutes before your workout. Because your muscles will be sore, it’s recommended that you use Beachbody Performance Recover after your workout as well as Beachbody Performance Recharge at night 30 minutes before you go to bed to speed muscle recovery. Do I need to be a Beachbody On Demand Member to access the 80 Day Obsession Program?
YES! The 80 Day Obsession can ONLY BE ACCESSED ON DEMAND. There will be no dvds available for purchase. The first workout will launch via On Demand on January 13th.
How long are the workouts?
Between 30 and 60 minutes.
Do you need a lot of space to do the workouts?
Nope! Basement, living room, bedroom with at least a 6 feet by 6 feet space for optimal results and experience.
What equipment is needed?
- A set of floor sliders
- resistance bands
- Weights: A set of light, medium and heavy dumb bells
- A mat: you’ll be on the ground at times so you want to make sure you have a bit of a cushion.
